Hands-free rehearsal counts double: saying it aloud while moving is one of the best-evidenced ways to make lines stick. Copy a ready-made voice prompt, paste it into a new chat in the Claude app, and switch to voice mode.
Move to another device
Your material lives only in this browser. To use it on your phone too: copy a transfer code here, send it to yourself (AirDrop, Notes…), and paste it into the app there. Nothing is uploaded.
Memorize it
Work through each section. Read it, then squeeze the text away step by step until you can recall it cold. No API key needed here.
Roleplay
The AI plays the other side — out loud. You speak (or type), it pushes back the way the real person would. End the session to get a graded scorecard.
